How do I find work-life balance?

1. Define what balance means to you. Be specific. 2. Keep a daily journal of your time 3. Make a plan and stick to it 4. Acceptance and being realistic 5. Meditate For a long time, I felt life was too heavily focused on work with little time and strength for anything else. It was only after I started meditating, coupled with exercise, that I felt life became more balanced.

What interesting thing did you read today?

After the cognitive miser inside me disappears through meditation, it becomes free to think and judge, deeper and more cautious. Meditation allows me to abandon my self-centered and narrow consciousness and return to the original consciousness. Now I'm a person who can think deeply and widely about what I want to do. I feel wiser and more thoughtful as the days go by.

What are the behaviors of a confident person?

A confident behavior comes out naturally from the inside. I think the most beautiful confidence expresses when I become an authentic being, neither inferior nor superior to others. Without Pride, lies, and pretense, whatever you do with my original pure heart is something that moves and makes people smile. That's why we need to reflect on ourselves and cleanse our minds. You will naturally feel confident with a true mind.

What are three daily practices to stay young?

we have to take care of the mind contained in it as much as the body, which is a bowl. If my mind is stressed, my face can only look wrinkled and older than my age. First, throw away the idea that I am old. Isn't there a line in the song that says age is just a number? Second, "Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind." Third, throw away the accumulated burden and pain in your mind. If you don't have a burden on your mind, you can look young and do anything passionately. Meditation, like anti-aging cream, makes your spirit young.

How do you handle negative criticisms about you?

A sound mindset goes something like this: Life is not here to fight us. We don’t have to defend ourselves against life. Instead, life is a benevolent force that through circumstances, people, and challenges guides us towards growth. Everything happens for a reason, every person is there for a reason, and everything is perfect. Every moment is a chance for us to grow and ultimately realize our true (higher) self.
