Meditate For a long time, I felt life was too heavily focused on work with little time and strength for anything else. It was only after I started meditating, coupled with exercise, that I felt life became more balanced.
My sleep problem is the result of my daily habits. I decided to change my lifestyle to get a good sleep quality; not eating at night, Walking in the sun, Living an organized life, Doing something for others, and meditation!
As the number of answers obtained by recovering the true mind increased, love was naturally filled within me, not from outside. So, at least, I became more inclined to give love rather than to receive it.
The more you meditate, the more you will get to see the bigger picture. When we have reached this state of realization, we just want to keep cleansing our mind so that we really can experience our true existence and live for the world. That is a joyful life.
After the cognitive miser inside me disappears through meditation, it becomes free to think and judge, deeper and more cautious. Meditation allows me to abandon my self-centered and narrow consciousness and return to the original consciousness. Now I'm a person who can think deeply and widely about what I want to do. I feel wiser and more thoughtful as the days go by.
For me, happiness is being happy with people. As I reflected on myself and let go of the negative thoughts that I was repeating thousands of times a day, I developed a desire to help free others who, like me, were trapped in the prison of their thoughts.
When you have the power to take action, you can gain trust from people around you, and that trust brings favorable conditions and environments, enabling you to achieve what you want. Therefore, self-confidence can be described as the ability to take action along with the ability to coexist harmoniously with others.
This workshop aims to provide an in-depth understanding about PTSD including current treatments and updated research studies on the condition, as well as introducing participants to a meditation method focused on cleansing stressed mind to help relieve the PTSD symptoms.
