How does one discover his true self?

Everyone has a hope to discover their true self. Anyone can change. All you need is faith and conviction that transforms into butterflies. It is because we all already have butterflies inside. That's why you have to make a cocoon and endure that dark and uncertain time. You don't lose anything even if you throw them away. If you throw them all away, you can find your true self. That's the way I think you can find your true self and live a real life.

A confident behavior comes out naturally from the inside. I think the most beautiful confidence expresses when I become an authentic being, neither inferior nor superior to others. Without Pride, lies, and pretense, whatever you do with my original pure heart is something that moves and makes people smile. That's why we need to reflect on ourselves and cleanse our minds. You will naturally feel confident with a true mind.

How do I track my self improvement every day?

Meditation is my greatest tool for sustaining my next action rather than giving up on my thoughts in the middle. The more I discard, the easier it is to act. I’m discarding anxieties about starting social media when I meditate. As I discarded, anxiety and doubts faded away. Now I started to set a plan for my blog instead of worrying without taking action.

How do I survive in the corporate world?

Meditation is helping me accept my managers and co-workers. I used to think other people were the cause of my unhappiness. I realized others were not the problem and myself was the problem. Through meditation, I am looking at myself who judges co-workers, managers, clients and I am letting go of these thoughts I created. This has allowed me to accept where I am and find happiness inside me.
