How can I become creative?

After cleansing the mind through meditation for some time, I could approach issues from various angles and easily connect dots and suggest ideas at work that were accepted by counterparts globally.
People say the first step to overcoming mental challenges is seeing oneself. However, since we are self-centered, it is not easy to see ourselves objectively. In my case, meditation enabled me to overcome being an obsessive perfectionist and improve my mental health.
The reason why we suffer after failing is because we feel ashamed (i.e. our pride is hurt), and/or we feel like we’ve missed out on an opportunity in life (this is due to our inferiority complex/greed). Through meditation we can get rid of our pride, inferiority complex, and greed. The more we do this, the less we will get hung up in situations where things don’t go as we had hoped.
This meditation taught me how to get rid of my anxiety and I could see the change immediately. By letting go of all the emotional attachments we can completely free from negative feelings from the past and you can be completely free from anxieties.
I learnt through meditation that the habits we inherit from our ancestors hold a lot of minds that give rise to delusional thoughts. I found out the cause of my bipolar. It's coming from my habits and the karma I made while living. Once the habits are eliminated there is great peace inside.
Thanks to this practice, my mind has become much more spacious. I have much less resistance in me now. I can still feel lazy, but it is now much easier for me to just look at my to-do list and start working on something.
Through this method, I was able to accept that I am at fault for my actions due to my self-centered mind. I was able to throw away the guilt & regret that I had been holding on to for so long. This method has allowed me to re-discover HOPE and a positive, optimistic outlook.
Whatever negative self-talk you may have going on in your mind, know that they are all illusion that we created in our minds, and the moment we realize it, they no longer have any grip on us. Through meditation, we can let go of the negative self-talk and realize that they are not real, and become free from them.
This book enlightens us about our true nature and provides us with a clear resolution regarding how to find our True mind and live in the True world.
