What are three daily practices to stay young?

Everyone wants to stay young. Our body is born into the world, goes through the growth period, reaches its peak, and enters a downward curve. We are all aging beings without exception. Nevertheless, regardless of age, everyone wants to look younger.

Man is made up of body and mind. Physical aging of the body can be slowed but not prevented. There are many ways to slow down your body’s aging and make you look young. You can eat well-quality food balanced and maintain a resilient body and health through regular exercise. And by securing a pleasant sleep, you can live energetically and young.

At the same time, we have to take care of the mind contained in it as much as the body, which is a bowl. If my mind is stressed, my face can only look wrinkled and older than my age. I thought about how to live young in terms of mind.

First, throw away the idea that I am old. Isn’t there a line in the song that says age is just a number? You don’t have to recognize your age too much. Age is something that increases with time. Our minds and spirits do not age. The starting point for staying young is to think, ‘I am young.’

Second, there is a saying that his brain is sexy. And there is a phrase like this in the poem ‘Youth’ by American poet Samuel Ullman. ” Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind.” Study and learn with constant curiosity and passion about the world. Read books and acquire new knowledge and skills. As you get older, your thoughts get more profound, and wisdom grows. This kind of person looks sexy, young, and beautiful regardless of age.

Third, throw away the accumulated burden and pain in your mind. When you’re young, you can forgive things quickly, but you can not pass over when you get older, and your mind becomes stubborn, less flexible, and more stereotypical. It is because we have a lot on our minds. By reflecting on ourselves through meditation, we reconcile and forgive ourselves, accept others and the world, and have a broad mind. If you don’t have a burden on your mind, you can look young and do anything passionately. Meditation, like anti-aging cream, makes your spirit young.

Sometimes people ask me what cosmetics I use. I don’t have much to apply. The reason they ask is that my skin is clear and pleasing. When I was young, I used to apply expensive cosmetics generously. But the complexion was murky and dark. If you cleanse your mind, your whole body’s energy and blood circulate well, making your body healthy, your face whitened, and wrinkles spread. I saw many people I couldn’t recognize their age among those who do meditation.

We are all aging now that we are born in this world. Age reminds us of death and makes us more obsessed with youth. But aging is a natural process that you can’t escape. It’s a matter of how you take it. If you get away from the negative thoughts of aging, you can live way younger.

If there is a regret that you can’t do something because you are old, think about yourself a year later. Then you will know that you are the youngest age in your life today. Yes!!! Today is the most youthful day of your life. There’s nothing you can’t try. If you live fiercely today, another today will come.
