Focus Well and

Achieve Goals

People cannot stay focused due to the countless thoughts they have come to have throughout their lives. If a person gets rid of these thoughts, they will disappear. If one discards the life one has lived and eliminated the illusions in the mind, one will not have this mind. You will only have the living mind of wisdom, and you will be able to stay focused and achieve the best results. To do this, one needs intensive meditation.

If a person has a certain goal, he must have the desire in his mind to achieve that goal. When one’s mind has nothing else but that goal, and when he takes action, his goal can be quickly achieved. Only when you have no mind at all, can you dedicate yourself to achieving your goal. Then, you can achieve your goal.

To discard countless thoughts that make you distracted and block your achieving your goals, meditation is needed. You can practice the method with a customized consultation.

How to Meditate?

1. Recall

Recall the remembered thoughts (pictures). The pictures are your mind.

2. Reflect

Through self-reflection, you will get to know yourself from a greater perspective: the universe.

3. Release

Throw away the picture with a guided visualization. Train your brain to know that the illusion is not real and to throw it away from a perspective greater than you: the universe.

I became free from jealousy and competitive mind through this meditation

“My parents and teachers all expected me to live a life of success. I received the attention and praise of my family and those around me, and because of this, I felt somewhat burdened. Because I have to do better than others and I saw everyone as being my competition.

When I started meditation and looked inside my mind, I could see I was very evil in my thinking and I only cared about myself. After seeing it, I was really disgusted with myself.

After I got rid of the obsessive attachments and greediness within me, I no longer have to compete with others anymore. Instead, I just focus on doing my best. I don’t have to be afraid that others will do better than me, and now my mind is always relaxed and I feel at peace.”
